- Karen grew up in Ardsley, NY and now resides in Waccabuc with her husband and four teenagers. She is an avid cook and gardener and is always open to Italian dinner invitations so feel free to send them her way!
- Nicknamed "Enviroboy," Kyle grew up in Mount Kisco, NY and is earning his major in environmental studies and minor in graphic design at American University. Kyle gardens, cooks and photographs food in his spare time and hopes to make the world a greener place. He will be attending every music festival this summer.
- Nilson, the jokester of the TABLE team, is originally from Colombia. He enjoys Mondays.
- Melissa, an environmental studies major and political science minor at SUNY Purchase, grew up in Beacon, NY. She enjoys experimenting with vegan recipes in the kitchen and even brews her own Kombucha! A runner and gardener, she volunteers at the Purchase garden. Follow her on twitter: twitter.com/epicuri0us
- Liz received her training at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and also holds a bachelor's degree in nutrition. When she's not whipping up recipes at TABLE Liz enjoys running, reading, gardening and taking care of her family.
- Galo is preparing for the MCAT in August and enjoys recreational volleyball.
- Maddie, an avid dancer and Captain of the Isadora Duncan team, is off to McGill University in the fall!
- Laurie is a resident of North Salem, NY and is TABLE's reine de fromages. No one on our staff is more knowledgeable about the variety of cheese in our case! And watch out for her unrivaled wit.
- Cynthia is always on the move, collaborating and instigating many design related projects. Keeping with her commitment to sustainability, her latest project is renovating her house, along with her husband, with contemporary ‘green’ practices and materials. - Isobel is a graduate of the University of St Andrews, Scotland and is currently studying improv at The Upright Citizens Brigade and acting at Herbert Berghof Studio in NYC. She enjoys reading and writing short stories and making jewelry. Check out her work at www.dandelot.com
- Tori grew up right here in Westchester and lived in the Mid Hudson Valley for many years. She has a degree in Art History from SUNY New Paltz and enjoys reading and hiking in her spare time.
- Lucia is originally from Madrid, Spain and moved to the U.S. with her husband in 2009. She loves gardening and hiking and holds a degree in agronomy. Born in Madrid, Lucia is a local gardener involved with the Ossining Organic Community Garden. A landscape designer by trade, with knowledge of the environmental and agronomic sciences, Lucia's interests are sustainable and organic horticultural practices, food health, environmental awareness and educations, and community development. She is also a volunteer with New York City's Habitat for Humanity and the New York Botanical Garden.
- Karina hails from Guatemala and is an extraoridinary cook who loves dance! She has three sons.
- Kathy, our star bookkeeper, lives in Goldens Bridge with her two grown sons. She found her love of food, wine, cooking and eating in Paris, where she lived for two wonderful years in the 90's. In due time, Kathy brought her passion for food and life back to New York and spends her free time advocating for those with Autism.
- Peter was born and raised in New York and has had a passion for food and cooking throughout his life. After spending years in production, Pete joined Table as co-owner where he reigns as local-sourcing specialist. He runs his own small farm in Bedford with the help of his two, young sons.
- Evan is from Dobbs Ferry, NY and studied as Vassar College where he was able to create his own major in food culture and sustainable agriculture. Since graduation, he has spent much of his time farming various land in the area including Stone Barns and he is glad to be back in the kitchen! Evan loves music, the great out doors and gardening.
