Simple Dinner:   Vegetable barley soup, Green salad with butternut squash and a grilled artisanal cheese sandwich with Bardashar chutney  
 
Tuesday
Soup:   Hungarian apple
Sandwiches: Roast berkshire pork with gorgonzola and balsamic glaze OR goat cheese with roast beets
One Pot Dinner:  Turkish Lamb Stew with root vegetables
 
Wednesday
Soup:  Avgolemeno - Greek chicken and rice with lemon
Sandwiches:  Avocado, red onion and spinach on sunflower bread
Vegetarian Dinner:  Seasonal vegetable lasagna with local ricotta and mozzarella
 
Thursday
Soup:  Tuscan White bean and vegetables
Sandwiches: Rosette de Lyon, Toma Celena cheese, cornichons and mustard OR vegetable humus whole wheat wrap
Meat Dinner:  Our grass-fed beef Meatloaf and Black radish gratin 
 
Friday
Soup: Spanish almond
Sandwiches:  Meatloaf on Wave Hill bread OR Smoked mozzarella with Heat Seekers pickled peppers
TABLE Kid's Dinner:  Tacos- chipotle chicken, ground beef OR mixed beans
with Spicey rice and  beans
 
Saturday
Soup:  Chickpea and chicken
Sandwiches:  Prosciutto and cheese with Lorenzo's oil OR Mozzarella and arugula pesto
Cheese and Charcuterie Plates (call to reserve and have it ready to go): Kunick, Cayuga Blue and Clothbound cheddar w/ Red Jacket Orchard Apricot jam + Tierra Farm pistachios
Rosette de Lyon, Speck and Chorizo secco w/ cornichon and School House kitchen mustard
