Meet Two Cheesemakers

Meet Doug Ginn from Twin Maple Farms and Colin McGrath from Sprout Creek Farm (and the bonus of Patty MacRae, Table's one and only Cheesemonger).

We will sample their specialty artisanal cheese and hear about all the processes of making and tasting cheese, and matching and pairing cheeses, food, wine and beer.
